They promise me that they will send it by DHL. They didn’t and say that we have been send it by china post since Oct.15th.2011 The Tracking number is RA245202105CN but I didn’t received my goods yet. What should I do I already paid the company.
Please help me in this regard

Dear all!

I want to go fromShenzhen airport to Kowloon.
I have heard of a new subway line from the airport to Luohu and then transfer from Luohu to Lowu.I read this new line would be operating from June 2011.Has anyone heard about this new line?
Otherwise,what easiest(+cheap!?)way can you suggest to go from Shenzhen airport to Kowloon?
