I bought 3 mobile phones from Importandgo of Chine all of them were faulty. I sent one to be replaced it arrived in Shenzen Post Office on the 3rd Nov but Importandgo says that they did not recieve it. Shenzen Post Office says that it was delivered but no one would accept it. Is this the sort of business China wants to do with Europe I’m disgusted aqs these phones cost me a lot of money.

This happened also to myself, I have sent as a return item, a faulty tablet pc for a refund with registered mail from Malta Europe back to Shenzhen and the recipient says that that he did not receive it. China post track and trace service shows that the parcel has arrived in Shenzhen, but when they tried to deliver it, there seemed to be no one to sign for it. Still the recipeient is denying to have received it. The recipient seem to be reluctant to get it from the post office so that he does not pay the refund, that is my opinion. For your concern the ebay seller is 3dmax1685. It’s not fair to do business like that!!! It is fraudulent to act that way.

Can you tell me where I could get some information about factory that supply mobile phone and computer/ notebook products. Since this is my first time to there. Thanks. was tried to be delivered on the 25/01/2010 but not received.
