I pay a service charge for the Transaction. The problem is that I am being told by Waster TECH. that my transfers are short by $25.00USD on each time I wire funds. My local bank explained that the funds are sent as requested and it is your bank charges to waster that will account for the $25.00USD difference. Is this correct? Please inform because I am now being asked to pay more as a result.
