Where to buy Cellphones at low prices in Guangzhou or Shenzhen?

Can anyone please give me the names of the markets in Guangzhou and Shenzhen where I can purchase cellphones at low prices? Thanks.

There are lots of shops selling hand phone and many cheap ones outside the tourist district at Yantian District and Baoan District. For China Brand, Shenzhen and Guangzhou will be in good price. But for international brand, its safer to buy in Hong Kong as their condition is safer and the price is more negotiable with lots of discount available, esp. a telecom stores like China Mobile and PCCW.

Cellphone stores are everywhere in China. Pick any large China Mobile store. If you have a Chinese friend who can act as an interpreter, take him or her with you so you get a plan that fits your need, time frame and geographical range and so you understand the deal.

A3:

it depends on what you want. China brands or International brands.

For China brand ones and if you want tho latest and cheaper, Shenzhen.

For International brand, bring your passport and go over to Hong Kong and get.
