The boarder crossing at at the exits of the MTR East line, you can jump on at any of the subways in Hong Kong and get to the board crossing by using the correct interchanges. One the MTR board crossing is the popular Lo Wu City which is basicily as others said a shopping complex which starts as soon as your outside the customs complex. To get further into Shezhen you will have to use there metro system or there train station is it sign posted after customs other than that its the bus or the taxis which are nearby as well.
