Apartment prices in ShenZhen, China

Question:

I have a job offer in ShenZhen, China for English teaching.

SO I have “2 questions”

1. I need to know the cheap apartment prices in ShenZhen?
I heard its RMB-2000.00, bu tis there anything cheaper? I don’t mind
staying in a studio apartment, can someone give me the prices?

2. My salary will be RMB 11,500.00. So how much of that will be taxed?
meaning how much will I loose out of that amount?

1.apartment

Hi sir, I am a programmer working in Shenzhen Software Park, by the way, I am not an agency. I live in Shenzhen where I know quite well. There are indeed some apartments with the prices of 2000 or less, but the prices of the apartment depend on mainly on which district you want to live in and what conditions of the apartments are. You know the prices are affected by the factors such as traffic, outside environment, shopping convenience, and room conditions and so on. If you are interested, please specify your requirement in detail, and then I can help.

2.salary

your 11500 salary will be taxed of 1525 yuan, which means you will get RMB9975 in hand. Of course this 9975 yuan doesn’t include the “three insurances and one fund” which indicate social insurance, medical insurance,endowment insurance and housing accumulation fund.
