Holiday Company’s business license revoked

Journalist learned from the Municipal Communication Bureau that Shenzhen Holiday Earth and Stone Transportation Company is revoked of Operation License for Road Transportation and is disqualified from engaging in this business.

It’s said that the vehicles affiliated with the company were involved in two major accidents within 160 days. Subsequently, the Municipal Communication Bureau organized relevant persons to carry out accident investigation for the “Holiday Company” and discovered that the company has the following hidden troubles: (i) not able to provide certificates for eligible employees that are matched with the number of the vehicles in operation(at least five drivers without certificates); there are four operation vehicles without road transportation certificates (together 20 operation vehicles); the company’s safety management system is lack of regulations for penalties and the company has no effective supervision and limitation for the violation activities of the vehicles affecting the safety production.

After another investigation for the Holiday Company, management department considers that the Holiday Company does not take necessary corrective and remedial measures or give reasonable explanations. So the administrative department for transportation makes a penalty decision for revoking the Operation License for Road Transportation.
