Shenzhen invest hundred million for migrant worker training

Shenzhen 2009 Skill Service Activity yesterday started and Shenzhen will invest 100 million Yuan for the training of 1 million migrant workers, of which the workers from the earthquake disaster area become the key of the training and each can get training allowance of at most 1400 Yaun.

The “Skill Service Activity” is co-organized by the Municipal Labor Security Bureau, Municipal Federation of Trade Union, Commission of Communist Youth League and Municipal Women’s Federation, striving to held 100 activities, provide skill training and fiscal subsidy for over 300,000 people and skill competition for over 100,000 people, make skill service into enterprises, held skill exchange activities with more than 30,000 people and so on.

The “Skill Service Activity” will focus on the training for the workers of earthquake disaster area in Shenzhen, employees of difficult enterprises, migrant workers, new labors including graduated students of technical secondary schools and demobbed soldiers.
