Hong Kong Trade Development Council issued on 26^th Oct., “the ‘International Environmental Expo’ will be held in AsiaWorld-Expo this month from 28^th to 30^th, which is expected to attract 200 enterprises from 19 countries or regions, increased by 63% over last year.

TDC assistant executive director Raymond Yip said, IEE would exhibit a variety of environment-friendly products and technologies which would enable the industry to find buyers and partners to share environmental technology and information, and to promote green consumption and low-carbon living to the public at the same time.

He said that the theme of this environmental Expo would be the high-quality living in green PRD region, hoping to build green city group to achieve sustainable development in the region. “Consumers are the users of environment-friendly products. More and more people would like to use environment-friendly products, which is favorable for the development of environmental protection industry.”

It is reported that the last day of the exhibition has been identified as the public day, on which people can not only visit the exhibition, but also participate in a series of interactive activities and buy the environment-friendly products made by HK • Design Gallery.
