Shenzhen’s house price down after 7 months’ up
After seven months’ growth on a link relative growth base, Shenzhen’s new residential house price for the first time declines, but the trade volume has increased by 50% compared to that in September. The latest data of Shenzhen’s land and house property department shows, the average sale price of the new commercial residential houses is 20234 Yuan per square meters, up by 59.25% over the same period last year and down by 3.37% over the September.
Some analyst said the calling back of the average sale price of the new residential houses reveals that the impetus of continuous increasing of the house price has been slowed down.
On the market of the second-hand house, according to the data of the some real estate agencies, such as Shihua Real Estate, Zhongyuan Real Estate and Meilian Property etc., there’s another rebound of investors. Director-general of the Shenzhen-Hong Kong Research Center of Zhongyuan Real Estate, Zhang Wei introduced that the buyers of non-self used houses on the second-hand house market had exceeded 50%.
