Shenzhen Hotel Reservations Boosts Due to CHTF
The 11th China Hi-Tech Fair will open from 16 to 21 November, while Shenzhen hotel reservations have already boosted. Statistics from the largest hotel reservation Web site “Ctrip.com International Ltd.” show that, during the period of the 11th Hi-Tech Fai, occupancy rate of Shenzhen hotels in all grades will be 30% than that in usual，but the price won’t rise too much.
Prices of hotels in different grades increase differently. Five-star hotels’ price rises by 10% or so, four-star hotels’ about 5%, but low-star hotels and economical hotels’ prices basically remain the same. Taking superior room of Shenzhen Futian Shangri-La Hotel as an example, its price is 1,553 RMB usually, but it rises to 1,702 RMB for the duration of the 11th Hi-Tech Fair.
