Shenzhen to Establish United Assets and Equity Exchange

Yesterday afternoon, Member of the Standing Committee of CPPCC Shenzhen Provincial Committee and Deputy Mayor of Shenzhen, Wang Rong presided over the 148th Session of the Fourth Executive Meeting of the municipal government, discussing the quality and safety administration of the track traffic project and acceleration of the development of the assets and equity exchange market etc.

The Session discussed and approved in principle the “Provision on Quality and Safety Administration of Shenzhen’s Urban Track Traffic”. Through the establishment of the risk management system, responsibility system with construction units as its core, quality and safety administration system for the whole process, supervision system for the whole process, supervision system of the third party, information-based management system, and motivation mechanism for scientific innovation, the “Provision” further strengthen its efforts on the quality and safety administration of the urban track traffic project, for the realization of the target of quality and safety management. The Session pointed out that the construction of the urban track traffic project was closely related to people’s life and production and Shenzhen currently was under its peak season of track traffic construction with important construction task and safety responsibility. To guarantee the project quality and safety, it’s necessary to further regulate the quality and safety administration of the urban track traffic project targeting at Shenzhen characteristics, on the base of learning other cities measures.

The Session also emphasized that, in the implementation process of the “Provision”, Shenzhen should combine the new functions after the governmental organization reform to separate the functions and responsibilities of the quality and safety management, promoting the project construction orderly and completing the task of Shenzhen’s urban traffic construction.
