The 6th International (Shenzhen) Fairy Tale Festival, jointly organized by Shenzhen Municipal Culture, Sports and Tourism Bureau, the Municipal Education Bureau, Shenzhen Youth Concern Committee, the Municipal Federation of Literature and Art Circle, Shenzhen Organization Committee of Reading Month and Shenzhen Work Committee of Youth Pioneers was opened at Shenzhen Municipal Children Palace on November 1.

In the theme of “colorful childlike innocence”, the Fairy Tale Festival carried out a series of colorful cultural activities including the nine items of “Selection of Fairy Tale Angels”, “Expert Lecture for Child Arts Education” and so on.

Worker of the Organization Committee of the Fairy Tale Festival, Ms. Zhang Mingzhu told the journalist, the holding of the “Fairy Tale Festival” is to drive the children to read the good literary works, especially the fairy tale works, through establishing the festival with bright theme and deepen their understanding after the reading through a series of activities of “looking, reading, compiling and performing” as well as to inspire the children’s imagination, expressive force and creativity.
