BYD Returning to China A-Share Market before September 2010
BYD Sales manager Wang Jianjun said that in March, BYD re-launched a plan that it would return to China A-share market before September 2010. The 2009 shareholder meeting had adopted this agenda. He believed the return to China A-share market would add a new platform for financing.
At present, BYD listed two companies in Hong Kong, which are supported by the stock investors. Thus, returning to A-share is a good way for raising fund.
In 2010, BYD will still place new products on the market, but the bigger issue is to enhance the operational quality of the entire system, not only to enhance the trait of BYD auto, but also the quality of its partners, especially the operating level of its operators and distributors.
