Huawei releases series of IPCC solutions

“2009 Huawei Service Exhibition and New Products Press Conference” was held in Beijing on December 18. Since August, the Exhibition has walked through 10 cities in China and Beijing is its last stop. During the activity, Huwei released the serialization platform of the industrial IC Contact Center (shorted for IPCC, which can also be called “call center”) and the Uniform Communication (UC) enhanced solutions. At the same time, Huawei said its IPCC has been increasing obviously on market expansion.

The importance of corporation market is steadily on the increase. Currently, individual customer in the telecommunication field is tending to be saturated. For example, in Europe, the growth rate of individual customers of the developed operators is very little, which force the operators to start carving out the corporation market.

In May 2008, Huawei side announced to establish product line of Software Corporation. As of the end of 2009, the product line has realized growth rate of 100% in Chinese corporation market, and, anticipated by Huawei, the product line will realize compound growth rate of 70% in the future three years. Vice President of the Product Line of Huawei, Yang Chen said frankly that the new development of the corporation is the reason that it develops fast.
