Low-carbon Product Center to settle down in Shenzhen
The first Low-carbon Products Exhibition and Trade Center in China has selected its site at Bao’an District, Shenzhen. The first phase of the project is expected to be completed by the end of August this year and the second phase by the end of next year.
This project named Guangzhiming (International) Low Carbon and Ecological Corporation Headquarter is co-invested and managed by Chinese Federation of Commerce of Canada, Hong Kong Huanchengtong Technolgoy (International) Investment Co., Ltd and Shenzhen Guangzhiming Investment Co., Ltd. Accounting for a floor area of 37310 square meters, the project with total investment of up to 300 million Yuan proposes to crease a gather place of headquarters integrating the talented person of low carbon industry, research and development of products, information exchange, exhibition and marketing, management and service and popularization of science etc.
According to the plan, the first phase of this project mainly includes the product exhibition and trade center for new energy electro-vehicles and fuel cell accessories as well as the exhibition and trade center for the nuclear energy, wind energy and intellectual products. The second phase project mainly includes the exhibition centers for air energy, solar energy and wind-solar complementary products etc. It’s anticipated that the annual output value of this project in the first two years will exceed 2 billion Yuan with tax revenue of 100 million Yuan. The annual output after the third year will reach up to 10 billion Yuan and 50 billion Yuan after the fifth year.
