I am told that a bank account in China is without signatory. In another word whena person open a bank account, there is no need to register your signature in case you need to withdraw money at the bank counter. Is this correct?

Hi

I would like to buy products from Taobao.
I know I will need an Alipay account but in order for me to fund my Alipay, I will need a chinese bank account.

I am from Canada, which mean I will not be able to go directly to the bank and show my passport.

Is there another way to do it?

Is there any companies in China that specialize in opening bank account for foreigners?

Also...Can a HSBC bank from Hong Kong be associated with Alipay?

Thank you!!
