Shenzhen DDS closes down due to fast expansion

Shenzhen Dongdao Logistics Express Corporation (Shorted as “DDS Express”) brings about a series of actions of asking for payment of debts by employees and other people in Shenzhen, Guangdong, Dongguan, Foshan and other cities in succession due to its arrear of payment and salaries of employees. Relevant department is taking measures to avoid things to get worse.

On January 25, some hundred of customers and employees of Shenzhen Dongdao Logistics Corporation came to Guangzhou Tianhe Labor and Social Security Bureau and Guangzhou Municipal Government, appealing for relevant departments of the government to help them get back the payment and salaries defaulted by DDS. Guangdong Provincial Postal Administration Bureau, administrative department for express corporations, told the journalist that the bankruptcy of DDS is due to its fast expansion that results in break of capital chain and relevant department is taking measures to avoid things to get worse.

According to Guangzhou Tinhe District Labor and Social Security Bureau, nearly 200 employees of DDS came to the Bureau on the morning of 25th for transacting labor arbitration procedures. It’s anticipated that DDS has 8 million Yuan defaulted in the whole Guangzhou district.
