Shenzhen Energy signed LOI with Keppel Corporation

Shenzhen Energy (000027) announced on January 9 that it signed the Strategic Letter of Intent with Keppel Corporation on January 8 for all-round cooperation on the environmental protection industries including garbage fired power generation to establish long-term cooperation partnership and carving out the environmental market, realizing win-win. Shenzhen Energy appointed its subsidiary Environmental Protection Company as representative to cooperate with Keppel Integration to implement this letter of intent and discuss detailed cooperation mode.

Keppel Corporation Co., Ltd is a diversified corporation group registered in Singapore, whose controlling subsidiary Keppel Integrating Engineering has world advanced and mature environmental protection technology and experience and has several environmental projects invested and operated oversea now. Keppel Integrating Engineering is also one f the main suppliers of the garbage fired power generation equipments.
