As a supplementary sport facility attached to the community, Overseas Chinese Town Sports Center lies in OCT, Nanshan District, Shenzhen. It is east to Dujuan Mountain, abuts on the highland inner Happy Valley in the west, and neighbors OCT Ecology Plaza to the south. It covers a total area of 20,200 m2 and a total construction area of 5,100 m2, which includes the newly built gym of 4,400 m2 and the transformation of the original Sporting Goods and the dressing room (800 m2).
The new gym has two over-ground floors and one underground floor. Construction height is 15 meters. Its main body is composed of ferroconcrete frame structure, and the roof uses a meshwork frame structure. The gym mainly includes general sports court, table tennis room, gymnasium, yoga dance studio, as well as coffee house, reading room, offices and so on.
