Xiao Meisha Resort, a famous comprehensive scenic spot in Shenzhen, lies in the coast of Dapeng Bay. It has the notable name of “’Oriental Hawaii”, was awarded as one of “the Top-Notch Eight Views of Dapeng” in 2003, “China Best Tourism Destinations”, “china Charm Scenic Area”, and “The First Top Ten Leader Brand of China Tourism Industry” in 2006. The spot is 29 kilometers away from the city, and 15 kilometers away from Shatoujiao Port (the beach line is 880 meters in length; the beach and the land cover an area of 120,000 m2; the beach covers 40,000 m2; and sea water covers 1,340,000 m2.) There are many tourist destinations such as Zhongying Street, MINSK World, Wutong Misty Rain, eastern Cot Sanzhoutian Ecological Scenic Spot, Ocean World, Daya Bay Nuclear Power Station, Dapeng Ancient City and so on in the circumference of 15 kilometers, all of which form the “Golden Coast” travelling line with rich content and clear specialty.
