Yitian Holiday Plaza, located in Overseas Chinese Town, is east to Crown Plaza Venice Hotel, facing the top one theme park in china—the Window of the World and Happy Valley across a street, and west to two international standard golf courses. The area that Overseas Chinese Town is a famous brownstone district in Shenzhen, and there are more than 600,000 permanent residents there, who consist mostly of middle and top managers, celebrities, private entrepreneurs and Hong Kong people.

Yitian Holiday Plaza is the only property above the MTR station that has two station halls. Shenzhen Subway Line 1 (Shenzhen Station to Shenzhen International Airport) and Line 2 (Nanshan Sekou to the Window of the World) meet at Basement 3 of the property, and form the transfer center.

Yitian Holiday Plaza covers a total area of 35,000 m2 and a commercial area of 100,000 m2. Since it opened on August 31st, 2008, it has attracted more than 200 flagship shops of international brands, 30 % of which come to the interior of china or Shenzhen market for the first time. Current anchor stores entering the plaza include Yitian Holiday Film Art Centre, All-Star Skating Club, Four Seas International House, and other supermarkets. National Brands account for 80%, including Burberry, CARTIER, ARMANICOLLEZIONI and BOSSHUGOBOSS. What’s more, Jiahe Film Art Centre was invested by two film moguls in Chinese mainland and Hong Kong for the first time, which is the first executive club film city. There is also an area about 1300 m2 for Casablanca Bars and Restaurants that has features of Moroccan in the film city.
