From ShenZhen railway Station: take No. 101 to “Gangxia station”, change No. 326 to “Litchi World” (Xili Grove); or take No. 12 to “public transport tower (the Cable TV Station)”, and change No. 16 to “Litchi World.”
From Huanggang Border: take bus No. 325 and 326.
From Shekou: take bus No. 332.
Litchi World Ecological Garden is the first agriculture ecological park in Shenzhen that regards Ecology, Leisure and popular science education as the theme. Free from population and uproar, the garden boasts a landscape of lakes and mountains, lush litchi trees, fresh air and beautiful scenery, which is a heavenly place for urban dwellers back to nature and emancipating their egos. There are shade plants garden, desert botanical gardens, exotic fruits garden, dinosaur garden, insect popular science gallery, fishing center, cultivation learning garden, tea house, country dining houses, reception center, and other tourist attractions and supporting facilities. There is also regular “tasting Litchi Festival” and “Pumpkin Festival” held in Xili Grove.
The “Double-Li” brand litchi registered by Xili Grove is assigned for the state banquet celebrating the reunification of Hong Kong with china on July 1, 1997. Produced in the first water source protection area of Shenzhen, the “Double-Li” brand litchi is A-level green certified environmental-friendly litchi, and is also listed in the “NGPI” catalogue. Xili Grove has been evaluated as “Shenzhen Litchi Production Base for Export,” “Guangdong Province Production and Demonstration Base of Green Food,” and “Famous Base of Nation Agriculture Department Southern Subtropical Crops.”
