ZTE to build LTE trial network with Commnet Wireless

ZTE, a leading provider of telecommunication equipments and network solutions, announced that it has signed Construction Agreement for LTE Trial Network with Commnet Wireless to build a LTE network spanning parts of Arizona, New Mexico and Utah in the United States. As part of the technical applications, ZTE’s core dual mode CDMA/LTE will meet the service requirements of the roaming subscribers.

Commnet Wireless, one of the fastest developing region operators in the United States, has fully recognized ZTE’s technical strength on LTE system. At the same time, ZTE’s CDMA/LTE core dual mode plan coincides with Commnet Wireless’s commercial deployment program. The collaboration between ZTE and Commnet Wireless in CDMA/LTE domain has great importance to improving the subscribers’ experience of communication in the rural regions in the United States and also laid a good foundation for ZTE’s all-round breakthrough in the North America’s high-tend market.
