Chen also added that the development of low carbon building not only need the activeness of corporations, but also the supporting polices of government, such as the formulation of long term strategy, the debuting of policies for encouraging scientific innovation, energy saving and emission reduction and the use of renewable energy, tax exemption, financial allowance, green credit loan and other measures for guiding and promoting the development of the low-carbon economy.
