North America to be the breaking point for ZTE’s sustainable development
Among the few manufacturers who are still maintaining large scale investment for CDMA technology, ZTE is focusing on the development of the CDMA market, according to General Manager of the CDMA Product Line of CDMA, Li Jian who said when interviewed. She believes the updating and upgrading of the equipments of traditional CDMA operation market will be the next gold mine of ZTE.
Li Jian said, “Due to the obsolescence of the equipments of CDMA operators in North America, which is concerning to the basic development of the operators, we consider North America is out next gold mine.”
“With the technical advantages that competitors can not match, ZTE is confident to enter into the North American market although there are many difficulties.” She continued, “ZTE is now paying close attention on the upgrading of the current network and hoping to assist the operators to reacquaint the value of CDMA.”
