I am a Cambodian without a Hong Kong visa
Dear Sir/Madam
I am a Cambodian without a Hong Kong visa but I have a China visa travelong from Singapore. Can I arrive into HK airport and proceed to China via ferry from Skypier?
Under the present immigration law and policies, visas are always
required for the passport holder of CAMBODIA if they intend to visit
(except those who are in transit and remain on the airside) Hong
Kong Special Administrative Region (HKSAR).
Application for a visit visa can be handled in the following ways:
Your completed visa application may be submitted together with relevant supporting
documents to our :-
Employment and Visit Visa Section,
24/F, Immigration Tower, 7
Gloucester Road, Wan Chai,
Hong Kong either directly by post or through
a local sponsor.
To shorten processing time, for transit/visit applications, application forms
and supporting documents can be sent by fax to (852) 2824 1133 in the
first instance. However, the original copy of the duly completed application form and
the photographs required should be sent immediately to the HKSAR Immigration Department
by air mail. If the application is approved,an entry visa/permit will be issued only
on receipt of an original, properly completed entry visa/permit application form.
Alternatively, visa application may also be submitted through the
Chinese diplomatic and consular missions (CDCM) nearest to the place of
residence, where application forms are obtainable. For the address of
CDCM, please browse the following website:
http://www.immd.gov.hk/ehtml/embassy.htm
Application forms for visit purpose ID1003A and ID1003B
are obtainable from the Hong Kong Immigration
Department free of charge. Besides, you can also download them from the
Internet at:
http://www.immd.gov.hk/ehtml/id1003a.htm
http://www.immd.gov.hk/ehtml/id1003b.htm
For the documents to be produced, you may browse at our website at :
http://www.immd.gov.hk/ehtml/id(e)1004.htm
for the “Guidance Notes on Application for Visa / Entry Permit for the HKSAR
- English Version”.
You may wish to know that the processing time for an entry
visa is about 4 weeks upon receipt of all necessary documents. However,
it varies from case to case and depends on the sufficiency of the
supporting documents provided. Nomination of a local reference (if any)
will assist us in conducting enquiries and avoid unnecessary delay.
If the application is to be submitted directly to this Department while
the applicant cannot name any local sponsor to pay the visa fee, he may
consider to submit a cashier order or bank draft in Hong Kong currency
in the amount of HK$160 made payable to “The Government of Hong Kong
Special Administrative Region” together with the visa application. The
cashier order or bank draft should be one from a bank which has a
connected bank in Hong Kong.
You may brose to the following website for details on the application:-

I hope you will find the above information useful.
