Information for Buses from Shenzhen to Hong Kong East Citygate
In recent two years, East Citygate Outlets, located in Tung Chung, Lantau, Hong Kong, become a new favorite of Mainland tourists who go to Hong Kong for shopping. Compared to other shops just opened, today’s Citygate is far different from that before. More and more people come to the bustling shopping malls, which is packed with people everywhere, and the brand stores’ specifications and scale are rising, all of which make Citygate a best choice for buyers.
The best way to get to Citygate is to take subway to Tung Chung, because Hong Kong MTR is famous for its convenience. However, it’s not recommended for people from Guangdong Province, especially those from Shenzhen, for it’s a great waste of time to take the transit train to the urban areas first and then to transfer to Tung Chung.
Shopping in Citygate on weekend, you can choose buses directly from Exit to Citygate, which only takes one hour.
The first Huanggang bus starts at 7:30 am, and 30 minutes later followed by the next train. Getting out of the Huanggang Exit, you’ll find the ticket office on the left. The last bus from Citygate to Huanggang is at 21:30, usually one hour for one bus. The bus ticket costs 45 Hong Kong dollar.
