Land Route Transportation Means from Shenzhen Airport to Kowloon Center Area

The flight ticket from the major cities across the country to Shenzhen is much cheaper than the non-stop flight to Hong Kong, and there are many flights available, therefore, to transit from Shenzhen to Hong Kong is a much economical way for many passengers. In addition to the traditional transportation way to take land route from the Shenzhen Airport to Hong Kong via Huanggang Control Point, recently, a new route was opened which gets through Hong Kong-Shenzhen Western Highway to the new direct bus routes of the Shenzhen Bay Port, and to Shenzhen Airport’s Hong Kong Express, connecting to the Shenzhen Airport and the remote terminal set in Hong Kong Airport Express’ Kowloon Station by Shenzhen Airport.

Instruction of Express: buy tickets at Shenzhen Airport and wait in the VIP Lounge – (about 30 minutes after it starts) – Shenzhen Bay Port Inspection Building – (carrying all the luggage and walking into the Inspection Building and being examined in the mainland terminal.) – (going forward for 30 meters to deal with the entry procedures) – (taking bus No. 18 and No. 19 after getting out Inspection Building) – (re-inspect the ticket, driving about 40 minutes) – Kowloon Airport Railway Station – (5 minutes later) – Jordan – (10 minutes later) – Mong Kok

Shenzhen Airport bus station: Terminal A: 8 counter at the hall; Terminal B: 8 counter at the hall.

Shenzhen airport bus time: 9:30-21: 00, bus sets off every half an hour.

Bus Station to get off at Kowloon, Hong Kong: Kowloon Airport Railway Station, Jordan, or Mong Kok.

Bus Station to get on at Kowloon, Hong Kong: C Exit of MTR Kowloon Station, Yuan Fang Shopping Centre cross-border bus stop, or Shenzhen Airport Terminal.

Bus station after crossing Shenzhen Bay Port: No. 18, or No.19 car parking spaces.

Hong Kong bus starts time: 7:15-19: 15, bus starts at a quarter or three quarters.

Duration: together with the customs clearance time, about 90 minutes.

Tips:

1. If you can’t catch the former bus due to the delay of clearance time, you can take the next bus. Thus, you’d better remember the time of bus in case of missing it again. Furthermore, seize the time of clearance and don’t make unnecessary stay.

2. The above duration is based on the normal situation. The bus company is exempt from the responsibility caused by traffic, weather, and accident.

3. There are three getting-off stops during the process from Shenzhen Airport to Kowloon, while there is only one getting-on station during the process from Kowloon to Shenzhen Airport.
