New Round Education Reform Raised in Shenzhen
Following the conclusion of the National Conference on Education, Shenzhen immediately held the mobilization and deployment meeting for learning and implementing the guidelines adopted by the Conference, requiring the education system in the whole city to grasp opportunities and work out detailed plan for the implementation, so as to realize a new round education reform development in Shenzhen.
Wu Yihuan, Vice Mayor of Shenzhen, required on the meeting, the construction of the demonstration zone of the comprehensive reform on national education should be actively promoted in the whole city and breakthrough on three aspects should be made, that is to promote the comprehensive reform of higher education on all-round base, to made best efforts to accelerate the development of the private education, and to continue to deepen the course reform of primary and middles schools.
He also required making the education more balanced, beneficial, diversified, informative and international, providing solid education basis and personnel guarantee for Shenzhen to construct the modernized and advanced city.
