Private Enterprises Export Increased in Shenzhen
In the first half of 2010, the total export of the private enterprises in Shenzhen reached up to $23.85 billion Dollars, up by 27.5% over the same period of last year, obviously higher than the growth rate of the whole city of 5.7%, which accounts for 28.4% of the total export of Shenzhen in the same period, said with Shenzhen Custom.
Custom specialists analyzed that the fast growth of the private enterprises export in Shenzhen in the first half year is mainly due to the free trade zone construction that promotes enterprises to expand their export market. Since the overall start of China-ASEAN free trade zone in this January, China’s export to ASEAN has increased vigorously.
In addition, the new policy that expands the growth room of private enterprises is another reason. The State Council issued the Several Opinions on Encouraging and Directing the Healthy Development of Private Investment on May 13, which further widens the admission area of private capital and, at the same time, clearly encourages and directs the private enterprises to participate in the reconstructing of state-owned enterprises in various ways, including buying shares, holding, acquisition etc. The private enterprises which are qualified are encouraged and supported to strengthen their power and make their brands “walk out” and participate in the international competition through jointly reorganization.
