Global Top Hotel Enters into Shenzhen’s highest Building
The highest building in Shenzhen KK Mall signed agreement with ST Regis, a world famous five star hotel early this month, which indicate the global business invitation work of KK Mall has come into a beautiful end.
On August 23, 2010, the main building of KK Mall was completed with its 75th floor with total height of 441.8 meter, higher than the actual height of 324.8 meters Diwang Mension, becoming the highest building in Shenzhen.
As another high quality shopping center and an important part of Kingkey Finance Center, a new landmark in Shenzhen, the KK Mall has attracted many concerns and expectations of the citizens. Since started the global investment solicitation in last September, Kingkey Banner Corporation, a core subsidiary of the Kingkey Group responsible for the business operation and management of KK Mall, has only used one year to finish its work from business location to independent business invitation.
KK Mall has signed and received over 100 famous brands at home and abroad and owns several No. Ones in Shenzhen, including the first IMAX digital cinema, flagship shop of Qiaojiangnan in South China, high-end restaurant Golden Jaguar, clothing brand of A/XArmani Exchange owned by Armani and so on.
Starwood Hotel and Resort Management Group, one of the world top 500 with total assets exceeding 17 billion dollars, is the owner of the largest luxurious hotel in the world.
