Sinopharm and Shenzhen Government initiate Strategic Cooperation

Sinopharm Group Co., Ltd announced its holding shareholder has signed the Strategic Cooperation Frame Agreement between Shenzhen Municipal People’s Government and Sinopharm Group, according to which, Sinopharm Group will take the opportunity of the government’s supporting of the development of the bioengineering and pharmaceutical industry to jointly build Shenzhen’s bioengineering and pharmaceutical industry for the development of the incubator and at the same time perform several forms of cooperation on the medical R&D and design.

In addition, Shenzhen gives its support to Sinopharm Group to build the guaranteeing system of medicine supply covering the whole city for improving its competitiveness of medicine circulation.

At the same condition, Shenzhen Accordance Pharmaceutical Co., Ltd will be preferentially chosen to be the corporation for centralized distribution of pharmaceutical products and the designated unit for local medicine reserve.
