Low Carbon Technology Innovation Forum Held in Shenzhen
The “Jiufeng-2010 National Low Carbon Technology Innovation Forum”, jointly organized by China Low-Carbon Economy Promotion Association and JOVO Group Co., Ltd, Guangdong, was closed in Shenzhen on December 18. Shenzhen Municipal Development and Reform Commission, Shenzhen Low-carbon Technology Promotion Association, United Nation Environmental Programme, Guizhou Provincial Environmental Protection Department, Mongolia Low-carbon Economy Promotion Association, Jiangsu Academy of Macroeconomic Research and other institutions are assistant organizers.
Besides the government’s policy support, the leading companies’ responsibility of developing the low-carbon economy is also important to the development of China’s low carbon economy, said the Executive Deputy Chairman of China Low-carbon Economy Promotion Association, Zhou Fengqi. Nearly 300 companies from all over china took part in this Forum, during which, Zhang Jianguo, CEO of JOVO Group Co., Ltd, made a excellent speech. JOVO Group Co., Ltd has been devoted itself to be a leading supplier of clean energy in China and famous for technology innovation.
According to relevant introduction, JOVO proposed to construct low carbon technology demonstration garden project in Guang province, one of the first batch pilot low carbon provinces. Involving the concepts of circular economy, energy saving and emission reduction and low-carbon economy advocated by the current government, the project is planned with total investment of 3.55 billion yuan and will be put into operation by the end of November 2013.
