One Foundation Successfully Transformed to Public Offering

The fifth anniversary forum of “Red Cross Angel Program” was held on January 7, on which, Red Cross Foundation said, totally 1.006 billion yuan had been raised for tens of millions of people from all over the country since the implementation of the “Program” five years ago. Relevant person also released the One Foundation of Li Lianjie had made successfully transformation to public offering. The information of the establishment of Shenzhen One Foundation Public Interest Foundation will be announced in Shenzhen on Tuesday.

Relevant person of the Red Cross released, the One Foundation has made a successful transformation to public offering. Red Cross now is making final liquidation for Li Lianjie’s One Foundation, after which, the One Foundation will show itself to the public in the public offering foundation. Li later will make explanation to the foundation family in the form of letter.

Public Interest Times reported on January 5 that Li Lianjie’s One Foundation has registered to be public offering foundation at Shenzhen Municipal Civil Affair Administration Bureau with its registration name of “Shenzhen One Foundation Public Interest Foundation”, which indicates, from now on, One Foundation can make public offering with independent corporate capacity.

Li Lianjie used to say, after One Foundation realizes public offering, Shanghai Li Lianjie One Foundation will merge with it. Under the guide and support of China Red Cross Society, Shanghai Civil Affairs Bureau and other organizations, Shanghai Li Lianjie One Foundation Public Interest Foundation successfully registered with original capital of 2 million yuan.
