To assure that all passengers would be able to connect their flights in time during the Chinese Spring Festival via HongKong SkyPier, as requested by the two operating shipping companies (XunLong Shipping Co, Ltd and Shenzhen Shipping Co, Ltd), all passengers who need to check in for their flights in HK SkyPier must have minimum connecting time (MCT) 180 minutes and 150 minutes for those who may directly check in their flights at Shekou. This new MCT requirement shall be effective from 31th January 2011 until 6th February 2011.

Cessation of Service by Mandala Airlines

All flight operations of Mandala Airlines have been cancelled with immediate effect.
Passengers with tickets or reservations with Mandala are advised to contact the airline’s call centre at (852) 3179 0777 or by email at cust.feedback@mandalaair.com for enquiries.
Passengers should not go to the airport unless they have secured seats with another airline.
