First iPhone 4s expected in Shenzhen late October

Although iPhone 5 does not show itself before the public as expected, Apple fans’ expectations are still high for iPhone 4S, the last product before Jobs Steve’s death.

Surveys on Huaqiangbei electronic market show that, though it’s not determined when iPhone 4S will go to the market in China, pre-orders have been accepted for most of the grey products with prices ranging from 4000 Yuan to 7000 Yuan. The first batch shippment is expected to arrive in Shenzhen on October 20.

Apple promoted the new version product iPhone 4S on October 5 and accepted reservation from October 7.

According to the sellers at Huaqiangbei electronic market, they have received several consulting calls from customers and the current reservation price ranges from 5688 Yuan to 7688 Yuan. As per the past experience, the America-version products are usually locked and can not be used in China, so the commodity supply source is probably from Europe, which could normally use the domestic internet. Therefore, the first batch commodity source of grey products is expected to arrive in Shenzhen on October 20 at the soonest.

Some insider anticipates, the licensed iPhone 4S is not scheduled to land in China, but its first partners on mainland China will be still China Unicom and then China Telecom. From the selling price of iPhone 4S on other markets, the price in China is expected to be the same with that of iPhone 4.
