According to Shenzhen Intermediate People’s Court where the second verdict was conducted in June, final judgment has been made that Cao Zhongjiao was sentenced to ten years in prison for bribery.

Cao Zhongjiao assumed the office of Director of Shenzhen Road& Bridge Maintenance Center in 2002 and was appointed as Chairman of Board of Shenzhen Road & Bridge Group in October 2007.
