Shenzhen Proview may engage in new energy industry

Shenzhen, China- Shenzhen Proview that has reached settlement agreement with Apple in the iPad trademark dispute now is still under lawsuit for the payment of legal fees. The company head said on July 28 that, while continuing to cope with relevant lawsuit, the company was planning to absorb new investment to expand into LED lighting and other new industrial field.

Shenzhen Proview has obtained $60 million settlement from Apple in the iPad trademark disputes. After that, two law firms working with Proview for the above mentioned disputes field lawsuits against Proview, accusing that the company refused to pay the legal fees of totally RMB45 million Yuan.

As to the lawsuits, President of Shenzhen Proview Yang Rongshan said on July 28 that the company will appear in the court for defense. He also disclosed that there are investors who are helping Shenzhen Proview to make reorganization and plans are made to expand into Shenzhen’s LED lighting and other new energy fields.
