Guangzhou and Shenzhen Property Market Remains a Bullish Mood during National Day
Though golden week has drawn to a close, Guangzhou and Shenzhen property market still demonstrate their talents. Sunshine house edge site monitored by Netease property data center shows that Guangzhou City has concluded 716 sets of transactions and Shenzhen City 163 sets of transactions during the first six days of golden week. Although affected by sale limit, price limit and signing limit, Guangzhou and Shenzhen property market still remains in a bullish mood during National Day.
Data shows that ten district and two prefecture-level cities in Guangzhou have a total turnover of 716 units from October 1 to 6, at an average price of about 9336 yuan / square meter. Major transactions mainly concentrated in Zengcheng, Nansha, Huadu and Panyu etc. Among them, there were 183 sets on October 1, which was the largest transaction during National Day, transaction area 20842 square meters, average price is 9,807 yuan / square meter. There were only 89 sets on October 4 and it ranked at the bottom of the transations during National Day, the deal area is 10,300 square meters, average price is 9,268 yuan / square meter.
Up until now,sales volumes and prices of first-hand property in Guangzhou both increase by about 20% compared to the same period of last year.
